Liebster Blog
I appreciate all your good wishes about mending from my bike accident. I am happy to report that I am on the mend. No, I didn’t go see a doctor. If I get a stiff neck from this down the road, I will probably go to my chiropractor for an adjustment. So far, so good. Lots of scabs on my leg and elbow, but that means I’m healing.
I’ve been planning to do a book review all week, but have not gotten to it. I’m sure I won’t get to it this week, so I will probably do it a week from today.

I think I never said it aloud on your blog, but I think your contribution and insight in Amish life is very interesting. Maybe you’ve seen my Amish crossstitch samplers on my blog, I simply love those designs and little scenes. That’s the ‘romantic’ part for me of Amish life, just as I like some novels written about Amish families/adventures as well. Besides that I have tried to get a realistic view on Amish life and lifestyle.
From your blog I can ‘taste’ the good things about Amish life but also your ‘not shunning’ of the dark/difficult sides and the choice for another way of life. Maybe it sounds strange to you, but I can follow you completely! Ergo: I enjoy your blog very much!
